By using Minyo you agree to these terms.
Consent
Only share location with people who know about it and agree. You must not use Minyo to follow anyone secretly or without their consent. Minyo always shows the person whose location is shared that sharing is on. We will close accounts that are used to track people against their will.
Not an emergency service
The SOS button alerts the people in your circles. It does not contact the police, ambulance or any emergency service. In an emergency, call 999 (UK), 112 (EU) or your local emergency number. Locations can be late or inaccurate (no signal, battery saver, phone switched off), so don't rely on Minyo alone where safety is at stake.
Your account
Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in circles you create.
The service
We work hard to keep Minyo running, but it is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features; we will tell you in the app before anything important changes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.
